MISSION STATEMENT
We are a community, living and promoting Christian values, dedicated to the service of the elderly and handicapped entrusted to our care, while valuing and supporting our employees.
Single Entry Access (SEA)
SEA is a partnership between Long Term Care, Home Care and Acute Care that is designed to assist people as they make care decisions for themselves or family members. For more information contact a SEA Representative at 1-800-225-7225.
Once it has been determined that Long Term Care is right for you, you will be placed on a waiting list by the Department of Health on a Regional basis for the facilities of your choice.
After accepting a room at Villa Saint Joseph du Lac, our staff will work with you and your family to explain the admission procedures and give you an orientation to the building, review our polices, introduce you to staff and answer any questions.
For further information about Villa Saint-Joseph du Lac please contact the Administrator or Director of Nursing. Tours of the facility or meetings can be organized upon request.
Villa Saint-Joseph du Lac has semi-private and private rooms. Residents and family are encouraged to enhance their area with familiar possessions. Villa Saint-Joseph du Lac reserves the right to move residents to different rooms or units based on compatibility and/or care needs. There is a private room list, please contact the Director of Care for more information.
Resident Rooms
All resident rooms are private.
Advance Care Directives
Advance Care Directives are guidelines to assist the resident or family in making decisions about future care. Advance Care Directives provide direction to caregivers regarding the level of health care treatment or non-treatment that the resident desires.
